KB Swings to Walkout Push ups
(5:1 ratio) 20 reps

**Battle Ropes 30sec. (Partner 1)

Clean & Press 10 each side

**Sled Drags 50 yrd. (Partner 2)

KB Snatches 10 each side

**Tire Strikes 10 each side (Partner 1)

KB Deck Squats 10

**200 meter run. (Partner 1 & 2)

**After completing each round, partners will then switch roles.
