CrossFit itself is defined as that which optimizes fitness (constantly varied functional movements performed at relatively high intensity). CrossFit is also the community that spontaneously arises when people do these workouts together. It can be scaled to any body, any age, and any level of fitness.  It’s fun, safe, and best of all it gets results.

BOOTCAMP

Group physical training program conducted by  personal trainers and former military personnel. This programs are designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of intense group intervals over a 1 hour period of time. Classes are available on Saturdays from 10AM-11AM.

OLYMPIC WEIGHTLIFTING

Focus on developing strength and power while having a blast weightlifting. This class also offers a competitor the chance for more volume and skill development with gymnastics. Join us on Wednesdays at 8PM.
